Description of the offer
Villa Palma offers modern apartments with a unique
location right on the beach. It is renovated and suitable even for a more
demanding clientele.
Nemira is a quiet resort on the Omiš Riviera, only 3
kilometres from the town of Omiš. It offers accommodation mainly in apartments
and a few guesthouses. It is set on a slope, and paths or stairs lead down to
the sea. Here you will find a few restaurants and cafes, a small supermarket, a
market, and ice cream shops.
Accommodation :
Villa Palma offers 5 apartments with a total capacity for
max 18 people. All apartments have a wonderful sea view. Stairs lead from the
house's terrace down to a beautiful pebble beach with a gradual entry into the
sea. The house has its own fenced parking lot for guests. Guests can use a
lockable storage room, e.g., for paddleboards or inflatable sun loungers, right
on the beach.
Equipment:
The renovated apartments meet the requirements even for a more demanding clientele. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, toilet, air conditioning, a balcony or at least a window with a sea view. Two terraces are available for guests. One has a seating area with a grill, and the second large terrace is located directly above the beach and is equipped with sun loungers. The standard equipment of each apartment also includes a fridge with a freezer, oven, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave oven, hairdryer, iron, etc.
Apartment A4 for 4 persons – located on the second or
third floor. It has two separate bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, toilet,
air conditioning, and a balcony, a living room with a fully equipped kitchen,
including a dishwasher, washing machine, and smart TV.
Board
Self-catering or the option to purchase dinner or half board
at the neighbouring restaurant AGA.
Price includes:
Apartment rental including energy and water consumption,
final cleaning, bed linen, towels, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, sun loungers on the
terrace, local tourist tax, parking directly in front of the house, and the
grill.
One child up to 1.99 years old, not requiring a bed, is free
of charge in all apartments.
A cot and high chair are available upon request.
