Heritage Hotel Stypia is a luxury hotel and preserved cultural monument, built in 1930. It is situated in an exceptional location, right next to the promenade and a sandy beach, in the city center. It was completely renovated in 2021, while preserving the spirit and charm of past times, reflected in its beautiful Art Deco façade and design elements inspired by this era. The hotel provides top-level service and offers a selection of spacious, comfortable, and elegantly furnished rooms and suites.

Hotel:
The hotel features a multifunctional conference room (capacity of 20 persons), audio-visual and IT equipment (upon request), parking (for a fee, subject to availability), and free Wi-Fi throughout the property. Guests can also use the wellness facilities at Boutique Hotel Esplanade (for a fee, approx. 400 m away, from 16 years of age). Breakfast is served as a buffet or continental style. Room service, laundry, and ironing services are available (for a fee). Pets are allowed for an additional charge.
