Villa Marisol is a luxurious, modern property completed in 2020, situated in the first row to the sea in the peaceful bay of Splitska. The villa combines traditional Brač stone with contemporary design, offering the highest standard of comfort.

The villa is fully air-conditioned and equipped with underfloor heating for year-round operation:

Bedrooms: 3 spacious bedrooms with double beds (180x200 cm or 200x200 cm). Each bedroom features an en-suite bathroom, TV, and air conditioning. Two ground-floor bedrooms have direct garden access, while the master bedroom on the first floor boasts a private terrace with sea views.

Bathrooms: 4 bathrooms in total (3 with showers, 1 separate toilet). Bathrobes, slippers, hairdryers, and toiletries are provided.

Living Area: An open-plan space with designer furniture, a large Smart TV, hi-fi system, and board games.

Kitchen & Dining: Fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, ice maker, coffee machine, blender). Indoor dining table for 10 guests and an outdoor covered dining area for 8 guests.

Exterior and Relaxation:

Heated Pool (35 m²): Saltwater pool surrounded by a sun deck with 6 sun loungers, parasols, and an outdoor shower.

Garden: Meticulously maintained Mediterranean greenery on a fenced plot (820 m²) ensuring privacy, including a barbecue area.

Activities: 4 bicycles, darts, and children's toys are available for guest use.
